If found on ground, please drag to the finish line

Well... some of my nursing school friends are trying to force me to start running, and blog about it.. so here I am.  Luckily, I like to run (sometimes).  I ran tonight, for 3 miles! which is really good for me.  Last week I ran about 2 and was dying, but tonight it felt easier for some reason.. maybe because I didn't want to go home (since I would have to study for my test in the morning for nursing school).  I want to get to the point where running is always as fun as it was tonight, because it wasn't as hard! (i didn't say it was easy.. its never easy for me. and my face was still as red as a tomato when i got home).

I've always ran, but it hasn't always been consistent.  I even started training for a half marathon about a year ago.. I got up to about 7 miles, but I kept getting sick, so I gave up.  I always come up with excuses to stop training.. like getting sick, being too busy, knee problems, or something else.  But this time I won't let myself do that! (hopefully..). My friends better make sure I don't!

We are training for the half marathon at disneyland next January... should be fun!! We'll see how it goes!
